New Networks : Finnish Meteorological Institute |
|
The Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) network is now available on the Synoptic platform. This network provides detailed weather observations across Finland from automatic weather stations, road weather stations, marine and coastal stations/buoys, air quality sites, and solar radiation stations. There are over 600 stations reporting more than 30 meteorological variables. Reporting intervals are as fast as one minute, helping users improve situational awareness and enhance decision-making. |
